Yes. The Vocal Booth is intended for singers, songwriters, and voiceover. Music sessions can also use the Content Studio when you need picture.

Yes. Directed camera, podcast post, social finishing, picture editorial, voice and performance likeness, vocal finishing, identity, and web design are House productions. Custom work is quoted after review.

No. Seed rates, occupancy, cancellation, tax, insurance, and legal language remain owner-configurable until approved.

Monthly plans grant standard and evening minutes, member add-on rates, and a longer booking window. Unused minutes do not automatically roll until an owner rule says they should.

The room is reserved, a deposit invoice opens, and the booking appears in your account. Stripe collects the deposit when configured; otherwise the House records payment when it arrives.

Unpaid holds can be released from your account. Paid cancellations are reviewed by the House against the published policy. Rebook copies the session type and room into a new live quote.

Join the waitlist for that room and date. If a hold drops, the House can write you.
